Our evidence-based practices guide you through sensory  explorations that calm the mind, soothe the body, and nurture emotional health. 

Available as a group sessions or 1:1.

Each session lasts 2 hours and includes a hot drink at the end. 

Prices start at £35 for a 2 hour session
